Hi, I am Adam.
I’m a ticketing system & projects specialist who loves all things data.
I’m a systems, projects and data specialist who excels at delivering user centric customer journeys. I love an on-sale, the thrill of the queue and seeing the weeks of planning come to life as the seats sell. But on-sales are only as smooth as the systems we design to allow customers to do what they need to do, and delivering a seamless user experience to all customers helps organisations realise their commercial and customer service goals.
I have worked in organisations all around Yorkshire delivering bespoke ticketing and customer experience strategies. I started my career running box office operations for Cast, Doncaster which at the time had just opened. Afterwards, moving to Leeds, I ran the ticketing operation for Leeds City Council which encompasses its Theatres, Museums & Galleries, International Concert Season, Film Festival and outdoor concert square - as well as acting as an agent for organisations across West Yorkshire. Creating seemingly bespoke ticketing journeys for 10+ venues which all fed into a singular system, supporting an authority to understand cultural engagement and its investment in it.
After venue life, I worked with the wonderful team at Substrakt to deliver digital tools and products to organisations across the UK, Nordics and North America. I had the pleasure of project managing website and product launches with some of the biggest Theatres, Museums and Galleries in the world. Most recently I led the design and developer teams at Substrakt, managing a large team who delivered major digital projects for clients such as Folger Shakespeare Library, The National Theatre and the Southbank Centre.
I’m based in South Yorkshire with my wife, two beautiful daughters and spaniel Buddy 👇.
