Indigo are an Art’s and Culture agency who are at the forefront when it comes to data & audience consultancy. Working alongside Katy and Flo has been an exceptional experience, full of warmth and humour but also challenging subjects as they are often breaking ground on new subjects within the sector.
The Project
I have been working with the Indigo to support them through a period of growth and process change. Indigo offer a number of different subscription services to the their data insights platforms called Indigo Share. This is in fact a range of subscriptions all neatly nestled in this one customer facing product.
The challenge has been to improve internal and customer facing systems to deliver this incredible research and insights tool, whilst the team are in the middle of a large growth phase.
My Role
I have taken on a quasi project/product manager role for Indigo, freeing up capacity within the team to process decisions and guide the future direction, without them being stuck in the technical or operational detail.
Delivered first stage wireframes to guide the project handover to a third party
Scoped and mapped required API endpoints for third party developer, streamlining internal processes to suit project requirements
Acted as the designated Project Manager for the third party developer, and summarising key decision requirements.
Highlighted best user experience practice throughout scoping and design whilst ensuring user stories are considered in decision making.
